Dock:
1/4 C - quality checker plate, reinforce with "A" design, high tensile minimum yield 50,000 PSI support beams.
Lip:
Minimum full 1/2 checker, 50W with minimum yield 50,000 PSI (5/8, 3/4 available).
Rear Hinge:
Full floating - giving lip positive contact with uneven truck beds.
Power Pack:
1 HP motor - hydraulic pump, reservoir (1 phase - 3 phase).
Velocity Fuse:
To prevent deck falling due to hydraulic failure.
Ram:
Chrome plated 2" diameter for long seal life.
Toe Guards:
All docks are supplied with toe guards to meet government requirements.
Maintenance Stand:
All docks are supplied with stands to provide safer access for maintenance.
